Kerio Connect. Not all email's coming to mail server [message #146576]

Hello everybody. I have a problem with my mail server:
Kerio connect 9.2.1 (2397) on Ubuntu 18.04, x86_64

I ran into a problem with my server 1 monts ago.
Everyday i have a lot of emails from yandex.ru and some of them not reach my server.
Sender gets message from yandex with possible reason([***.***.***.***]:25: Connection timed out).
And i have nothing in logs about this message.
What i did:
Shutdown all protection on server (sophos, blacklists, spamlists, spf).
I made tcpdump to 25 port from another ip to my server, everything is ok. Server working all the time.
Connected my server before cisco directly to provider.
And i have same problem (connection timed out).
I need new vision on this problem, how i can fix this problem?
How i can track the whole path of my message from yandex?

Hi,
if I understand correctly, they can not reach your server (in some situations). Maybe the problem it is on their side. Not on your side.
Think of that ... the issue occurs only with yandex.ru?

And ofc they said everything ok from their side.
I can write script who will send email from gmail every hour and tomorrow i will see if problem only with yandex, or maybe with another post servers.
Do you think its the only problem why i cant see this email in my log?

Did you switch on the debug log for SMTP server? That should give some information about what yandex.ru sends. If that doesn't help a tcpdump of a failed attempt.

Now i switched on smtp server log (thx).
I wrote a script who send email every 1 hour from gmail and yandex/ Suddenly i have no my message from yandex, only from gmail in logs.
I will try to speak with yandex tech support.
