We're using the Kerio offline Connector for a client in a terminal server enviroment. Everything worked for about 1.5 years now.
So here's the details;
-) Server 2012 R2, Remotedesktop
-) Latestet patches
-) Kerio Offline Connect (V#9.2.4.692)
-) Office Professional Plus 2013 32-Bit (15.0.4569.1506)
-) Used as Outlook Connector
The user has normal POP3 and IMAP mailboxes, as well as the Kerio Connect MAPI Account. As soon as Outlook starts to sync with the MAPI Account, Outlook 'Appcrashes'. In offline mode, everything is fine. If i clear the MAPI-Account, everything is fine.
If i set up the account in a different TerminalServerUser - everything works flawlessly, so it has to be his profile.
I don't have much information about the Kerio Connect Server - i tried to contact the admin of this server, but no response so far (since 2 days). So i can't contact support either (without a serial or license).
Maybe you guys can help me out?
What i tried;
-) Reinstall of Kerio Connector
-) Legacy Versions tried (until Jul 19 ver.)
-) New Profile (Outlook, E-Mail 32 Bit)
-) Empty out %Appdata%-Caches

Dear all,
I can confirm the same crash with Outlook 2016 and the actual release of KC. The operating system is W10LTSC. It worked a while, but due to any reason a crash occured after about 4 months suddenly.I found no solution with reinstalling or updates of Office 2016/W10.
Only the active sync connection works so far.
But this is clearly a bug in the Koff-Connector an has to be investigated and solved by the GFI-SW-development. Hope Ian is reading and escalating this with the other things have to improved, like the search engine of Koff.

Do not install these windows updates. If you have uninstall them.
Microsoft patch KB4524147
Microsoft patch KB4524148
They will break your outlook. If your outlook is broke I have found this to be the fix.
Remove Kerio outlook connector -> uninstall the Microsoft patch -> delete the profile -> restart the computer then install the Kerio connector and setup profile again.
