Message rejected as phishing spam [message #146045]

Lately i m having serious complains from clients for msgs rejected with "Message rejected as phishing spam" error from kerio even though the users are legit.I tried to add custom rules but no luck.The only way to avid this problem is to disable Kerio antispam. Anyone had the same problem?

Get the mail that gets removed and check it for any kind of bad links and check the sender of the mail with some blacklisting tools online.

It dosn't matter if the user is legit, if the client is compromised and some kind of link or whatever gets added to the mail.

Hi thegaijin

do you have the Kerio Anti Spam extension for your server?

I ask because it is KAS that detects phishing eMails not the custom blacklists and the KAS is applied before any custom white/black lists

If this is the case then you need to report the mis-categorisation to bit defender to get it sorted

yes i use KAS . I dont see an option to report to bitdefender .Is there any link for that?
