One user read his privat mails outside his home connecting with Wifi on work or 4G. The messages are set to read as it should be. When he comes home and connect with his home network (Wifi) the already read messages are set to unread.

Any ideas how this is possible and better, how to prevent this? He makes use of MAPI to connect with Kerio Connect server.

I would suggest a syncing error. Does he use the same device all the time or his own PC at home etc.?
Also what does MAPI mean? This is an API to let something like Outlook get mails from another program like an ERP system. Do you mean IMAP?

A bit more information would be nice. How does he connect, what device, software, app etc. pp.

I did mean IMAP off course. Dyslexia??

He uses the same device (Samsung Android 9 smartphone) with the Bluemail app.
