Sometimes an email is not delivered to the mailbox. The answer comes Recipient's mailbox busy.
Possible problem in storage.
I use a remote repository connected at a speed of 1000 Mbit/s, but I do not know exactly how to check that the problem is in this and not in something else.
1. How can i make the email delivered, later, but delivered?
2. How to locate and fix the problem "Recipient's mailbox busy"?

Very low information... delivery to an external mailbox or internal?
You can use the debug window and enable file system information to see, what's happening under the hood, but IMHO the problem lies with the storage, not Kerio.
And this is only if its an internal mail. External it's the recipients problem
