For the second time this year, content filter has an issue and mail is not being processed. What's going on with this? Anyone have a solution? Disabling Kerio Anti-spam advanced filter is the only way I can get mail working again. Is this a Bitdefender server issue?
I'm on KC 9.2.7 patch 3

How long was the outtake? We didn't have any problems or error msgs at all.
Depending on the downtime, I would decide if it's bad or not. The Anti-Spam NEEDS an online connection and blocking everything to be sure, until the service is active again, is IMHO actually not really that wrong.
The last time in March we had this problem, I can't remember we were blocked (same version, 9.7.2 SP3), maybe because SA is also active?
Also if you are blocked an KAS is not active, maybe you have licensed it? Otherwise, with only SA, it would be stupid, yes.

It appeared to be down about 50 minutes. I do have valid and current licenses on it all. There were no internet connection issues. It just appears that Bitdefender's license server must have gone off-line for a bit... or some other odd issue on their side. We really need an option in KC to allow mail to keep flowing even if BD goes down. The fact that Bitdefender having an issue and then causing out mail to not flow is a big issue.
