Hello,

after the update from 9.2.8 p1 to 9.2.9 the auto-completion contacts are no longer available for all webmail users. The the entries are all still in '__wm__autoCompleteContacts', but they are no longer used. 'Reindex Mailbox' also brings no solution. New address entries are proposed again, but the old ones do not.
Is there a workaround to get the auto-completion address entries again?

regards,
Andreas

From what a couple of users are telling me, it works in IE 11, but is not working in the latest version of Chrome.

Can anyone else confirm this?

The problem occurs with me with Firefox and IE 11 too. When you make new address entries, he notices them.

I also did find it is not working in IE 11. Tonight I'll be downgrading back to 9.2.8. Sad We are moving to Outlook/Exchange the first week in May due to all the issues with Kerio since GFI purchased them. So I wish everyone sticking with Kerio the best.

This will be addressed soon in 9.2.9 p1 which will be available later on this month.
