I have a number of users in the last week complaining that they can't send email from their android devices. Specifically, they use the email app on their Note 8 and S8 devices. They get email fine but can't send. I check another device and found it worked but has a different version of email on it.
V6.0.00.63 - works
V6.0.01.11 - does not send email via Kerio Connect account

Anyone seeing anything like this? I'm on KC 9.2.7 patch 3

this may or may not help but i have everyone on android using Outlook - works all the time.

I found out that the latest update to Email app from Samsung has a bug. I guess I have to move people to something else till they sort out their bug.

Could be Android 8 and Email client v6 combination. Android 8 + Email client v5 works fine. Android 9 + Email client v6 works fine too.

Looks like a Samsung bug. V6.0.01.11 has been removed from Play Store.

That's good news! That update was terrible. I hope they have a fix soon.
