Hello,
i have a problem at one of our clients. Kerio 9.2.8 p1 is installed.
They are using a software which uses the Default Outlook profil and sends mails with Outlook. Right now this is not working because with Kerio it says that the Datastore is not available. And the software somehow needs a PST/OST file.
When i add a local PST File and make that PST File as default Datastore i can send with the othter software.
So right now the Kerio Datastore is not the default one.
Can this configuration cause any problems?

If it works, there shouldn't be any problems. If there are, you will see them soon enough. But it seems you don't have another choice anyway or?
Maybe they can switch their software to MAPI or something like that?
