Hi guys!
I just had a case, that a User didn't see all mails he had in a subfolder of INBOX. That happened on Outlook with KOFF and the webmailer.
A Reindex did nothing (no errors found).
So I deleted the index file (like so many times before) and did a reindex. Nothing. Well, the mails were gone, but kerio didn't recreate the index.
Even after a reboot of the server - no change. So I deleted every DB file of the folder.
Nothing with reindex or anything else.
The only way to get the mails back was to move all folders from the mailstore (everything under INBOX in this case), do a reindex and recreate all folders the user had in OUtlook/Webmailer.
After that I copied only the .msg files back into the #msg folders and did a reindex. That worked.
Did I do something wrong? How can I enforce a complete rebuild of the index? Seems like there are more mails that are missing, even for other users.
Or might this be a bug? I'm on 9.2.7 patch 3 btw.
