Hi all,

last week the o365 apps were released in version 16.20.
Since then our users have massive problems making appointments/meetings in Outlook.
Everey appointment that has to be acknowledged disappears when the users clicks "save and close".

In Outlook 16.19 everything is fine.
Using an iPhone to do the acknowledge seems to be fine also.

Is that a problem with Outlook or Kerio?

We are using Kerio 9.2.5P3.
Server runs CentOS.

Thank You.

Regards,
Martin

Hello,

We have reported this behavior to our Developers. No ETA yet. A workaround is to downgrade to 16.19. I would also recommend opening a Support case so we can update you of any progress.

but this don't solve the MAC OUTLOOK 16.20 calendar problem of deleting calendar events after accepting them.

Workaround is not to update to versions newer than 16.19.
Hope this will be fixed soon.

Martin

Update:
We tested Outlook for Mac versions beta 16.21 and beta 16.22.
Did not solve the problem.
Versions till 16.19 are the only ones working.

Unfortunately "Outlook 16.22 Fast build" doesn't resolve the calendar problem - just checked - the invitations are still deleted.

But good to know about the "fast build" fact. Thanks for that.

Sergio
