thanks for your reply, but it doesnt work.
i have more information:
it might be a problem with mails over 25mb from external.
if i empty the cache the status say the right number of mail to sync, but after sync there are missing 2 mails.
that problem is on outlook for mac and windows.
is there a limit for external mail sync on kerio?
when i forward the mail to another domain user (send from webmail), the mail coming in the inbox.

ok - i have a solution for outlook on windows.
after that fix all mails are sync.
is there a fix also for mac?
thanks for help!
Same problem here - something like this regedit thing for Outlook 2016 MAC would help.

Do a reindex of your user account in the kerio admin. Delete the outlook cache and rebuild all mails after that (close outlook while you rebuild). IS KOFF the right version for your server version?
I just tried it and can see 25+ mb mails in outlook.

I can reproduce this problem on every Outlook 2016 (and even in Outlook 2019) for Mac with ACTUALL versions on different users.
Mails with attachments of more than 25 MB are showing properly on Kerio Webmail and iPhone, but not in Outlook. Even forwarding the mail does not make them visible. But if I reduce the attachment to less than 25 MB the mail is showing instantly.
Sure this is an Outlook Mac problem - similar to the allready and very public known problem of Outlook Mac/Win of SENDING mails with attachments larger than 25 MB.
Any further suggestions to get a solution? If there is none, I have to reduce the message limit of the server to 25 MB, so that the senders of large mails will get an information...

Same here: Boss uses that shitty Outlook for Mac thing instead of Apple Mail and is complaining about missing Mails. After some investigation i found out, that all missing mails have large attachments. In all other mail clients (Apple Mail, Kerio Client iOS Mail...) the "missing" mail is still present.
Is there any official solution for this?

I have implemented the following workaround: A messages filter for messages above 25 MB, which gives a notification to our "info" email address with info about the subject and the recieving user. The notification will than be forwarded to the user, who can access the email via web client.
Alternatively it is possible to use the same filter in each individual mailbox.

Thats not possible to work with only 25mb as a Marketing Agency.
Sorry Kerio...
The 25 MB limit is NO PROBLEM OF KERIO - it's a know bug in Outlook 2016 (even in the windows version) from Microsoft - they ignore this problem approx. since July 2017. And it's even not sure, if the problem may not also exist with exchange servers.
Ironically you are now changing to Microsoft...

No thats not true! The Problem is with the protocol MAPI - if you are using a real exchange you havent got this problem. we changed yesterday to hosted exchange and now all mails are in outlook.
