Hi,
We use an image in our domain footer. When we add the image, it creates a random file name which always seems to use the format similar to a1b2c3.d4e5f6.jpg
Is there a way to remove the . (dot) in the middle of the file name? It is being detected as a double file-extension by some third parties and resulting in rejected messages.
We're running 9.2.4 at the moment as we've been a bit wary of upgrading due to problems reported on the forums. Is this fixed in a newer version? I haven't spotted anything in the release notes but would be useful to know. I was able to find the image file in the /opt/kerio/mailserver/settings/(domain)/footer directory. (CentOS 7 install).
Cheers.
Iain.

You can change it manually. GO to Kerio Connect\MailServer\settings\YOURDOMAIN\Footer and change the JPG name.
Then stop the server and edit the mailserver.cfg.
Somewhere in there should be a part "Footer" with the HTML Part of the mail with # etc. Search the JPG name in there and remove the .
Save, start server, be happy
