Hello,
I own an RDS firm of 8 servers, 4vCPU / 24GB of RAM, with O365 (32bits).
We have a problem with the KoffRtfWrapper.exe process
Multiple instances of this process start when you open Outlook. 3 users who synchronize at the same time are enough to saturate our RDS servers. 99% CPU, unable for users to work.
We have a domain on kerio of about 20 users who have a public contact folder of more than 17000 contacts, and each time it starts to synchronize it is the disaster on the servers.
How to solve this problem?
