Hello. We have a situation since we upgraded from 9.2.5 to the current version where recipients of calendar events will randomly change the date and time to the past, but the senders meeting has not changed. Scenario: I schedule a event for a week from today at 1pm and I invite Joe. Joe accepts the meeting and it shows up as it should. At some point later in the day, the event on Joe's calendar has the meeting for today at a time in the past (ie 8:30 am). Support has us going through folders and deleting things and and renaming index files and what have you. None of it is working although we are still complying with what support is telling us to do. My users can't trust their calendars now because this happens randomly and they are starting to use paper and pencil for their meetings! Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix? Thank you for any consideration.

We are also affected by the problem. Currently the problem was reported by 10 of about 400 users.
The main users, that are affected, are the management level and these are working heavily with calendar entries.
Are you sure that this problem will be solved with patch 3? I can not read anything in the release notes that exactly fits the problem.
'ActiveSync Calendar events move to the date when the invite is accepted'
is a another problem.

I have installed the Patch 3 at Friday evening. We have not heard from any user about new moved event entries.
Our Kerio partner told us, that we have set set the correct timezone in Kerio Connect Webmail. We didn't know that before. We found out, the all users created since the last two years had not set a correct timezone. We have now set the time zones of all users correctly.
Maybe a cause of the problem.

The timezone is set when Kerio starts up. It takes it over from the server timezone.
When you create a new user, it takes this as default.
If you start the Kerio service, you should see the following line in the Kerio Debug Log:
[19/Sep/2018 20:19:37][1604] Detected server time zone: "Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Stockholm"
or whatever timezone you are in. If that does not match your timezone, you have to change the timezone on the server OS level to the correct one.

We run the Kerio Connect server on Ubuntu 14.04. During the startup, Kerio Connect detects:
[20/Sep/2018 06:00:56][1266] Detected server time zone: "Europe/Berlin"
but this is no valid timezone in the Kerio Connect webmail client. We have to set the timezone
"Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Stockholm"
manually in the webmail user settings.

Just wanted to check in with this thread. So far, there have been no reported issues of calendar rescheduling themselves since we installed the latest patch (9.2.7 patch 3 (4225)). Our issue may have been the activesync flaw that the patch notes are saying is fixed. I will check back in if the issue presents it self again. Also, there hasn't been any down side that we have seen with this patch.

We're trying 9.2.7p3 too and it seems that the issue is not present anymore.
The only thing We noticed is that you have to accept 2 (two) times the invitation on the attendee iOS device to see the "green check" on the organizer iOS device (with the first "accept" the second device will only see the yellow check).
