Hi, today an automated updated for Kerio Outlook Connector was performed when starting Outlook.
Since then KOC doesn´t work anymore. message at startup:

your version of kerio outlook connector (support the newest) is not compatible with your mailserver.

using Office365 with Outlook2016
before the update, everything worked fine.

any advise?

Which version Mailserver do you use?
Maybe you can download the Kerioconnector again and install it manually?

I've sometimes had to reboot and install via the downloaded connector. May have to run as admin as well.

it seems that several customers have this problem currently, but kerio support is somehow sluggish Sad

reinstall will create a new profile, which will mess up my other email account settings within outlook... and create major efforts to fix, not an option Sad

I think we will fix the problem permanently and move away from kerio
