when backup is launched, does it save incoming and outcoming mails too since it started ?

The Kerio Backup Feature saves everyting in the users mail folders. No matter if send objects or anything else.
If you wanna archive EVERY mail send or received by the mail server, you need the archive function. But this won't be saved by the backup system, you need to save it with another backup solution. But before you turn that on, you need the ok from the higher ups and data protection guy, because you archiv everything. And this could be a problem.
