My harddisk is filling up. I have noticed that in:

..\Local Settings\Application Data\Kerio\Outlook Connector I have 2 huge folders:

Kerio.001.ACBE2DB5-E3CB-4F3C-9C1C-DB3EA206075E
Kerio.1A2995E4-5A42-430E-8A1B-3E32F6001503

I am wondering if I could safely remove/wipe one of these folders. I know these folders have been created by KOFF. However, it seems unlikely to me that both folders are being used for email sync. How to know which folder is used and if I can safely remove one of these folders?

BR, Rene

Basically you can just delete both of them and kerio will resync whatever it needs.

Better way is to look at outlook > Account settings > kerio

Here you can find the cache path and other options. Like how long the attachments should be cached etc. You can fine tune that way a bit.

Check the dates on the folders to make sure they are not currently used. If there is a 3rd or newer folder with a newer date on it, the two you mention are likely not being used. Old folders are left in limbo if you ever do a empty cache for Kerio. Or delete and recreate your account in Outlook. Kerio does this to ensure you don't loose data if that is ever a concern. The current sync is not affected in any way from these older folders. But, they do take up disc space if nothing else. Deleting them will not affect Kerio in any way.
