Oh GFI - vanitas vanitatum, et omnia vanitas.

We pay several thousand euros a year for something like this - for more than 9 months since version 9.2.5, the shit version has been replaced with even more crap - we have to pay for such a thing? Can I require for this money not to test the beta on production servers? When Kerio was owned by Czechs, I installed all the updates on a regular basis and I was sure that they were tested and it was not a situation that anything was wrong with the server.

I do not know what directed Kerio when selling a very good product, but I think that now they are sorry that so many years of their work is in vain.

Previously, the problem lasted a month - no information from GFI except receiving a ticket number. If you have to pay a few thousand euros for it a year, I congratulate GFI on the customer approach.

Both greylisting and virus updates had stopped on my server. Rebooting the server seemed to fix it. Perhaps not the most sophisticated fix but it seemed to do the trick.

they are even not able to configure their own mail system according to RFC even though Connect supports Caller ID feature

Caller-ID check failed: IP address 34.253.104.98 is not in permitted set for sender 'forum_noreply<_at_>kerio.com'

I'm not sure they actually use Kerio for their own email as their MX records resolve to Google.
Showing great faith in your product there GFI!

Guys, please stop reviving threads from 2015.

I just checked Greylisting with debug and the test connection works. Will also check over a couple of hours if it works with mails.

And please - GFI or not, please don't forget that kerio also had some outages before. So please keep it objective.

EDIT:

Mail also works:
[05/Jul/2018 12:17:55][5188] {greylist} Greylisting: service responded "211 Pass" over TLS.
[05/Jul/2018 12:17:55][5188] {greylist} Greylisting is accepting mail, query finished in 112 ms with result "PASS".

because it is 2018 and still:

so the thread is still valid.

Yeah, I saw that too now. Started the debug at 12:15 and since then no problems or warnings. And the problem is still valid, not the thread itself. I mean, it's from 2015 an reviving something like this is bad Very Happy

Question is why there is the suspension sometimes. Maybe too much load or flooding?

Very strange!
I Don`t think its a load issue on the customer side since last night Greylisting had errors while there was not much traffic. Today when everybody is working we have no issues from 08:17 till now.

Kerio Connect is used on an international level, so the load should be quite high all the time with certain spikes. Smile

Reviving an issue, no matter how old, when it is still an issue is never bad. Please get over that.
