All emails we are sending to any Microsoft email account (Live, outlook, Hotmail etc) does not reach [message #139926]

Hi,

I can no reach send any new emails to any Microsoft account. I have checked everything including SPF, DNS. Everything appears on the up and up.

Here are some of the bouncebacks I have received:

But when I send emails from Microsoft Mail they reaches our mail server. And the Interesing thing for me is when I reply from our mail-server email reach Mircosoft email.

ONLY when I compose new email to Microsoft account they can reach

I had the very same thing happen to me. After much headscratching I removed the SORBS dns blacklists (unchecked the box on both)

Now the Microsoft servers are accepted.

I just check for SORBS dns blacklists. DNS are not listed

There are no error messages in the log snippets you posted. Both say:

Result: relayed, Status: 2.0.0 , Remote-Host: outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com

Result: delivered, Status: 2.0.0 , Remote-Host: 127.0.0.1

So there are no errors there.

Can you look for errors in your logs?

Microsoft is really bad about their cryptic not always helpful error messages. I had a really bad time trying to troubleshoot SPF,DMARC,KIM issues. So, I started sending test messages to a Google account instead.

If you send test messages to GMAIL do they make it?
If they make it, what does the source info tell you?
If you don't see them in your GMAIL box, check your SPAM box.
If the message went to SPAM, what does the source info tell you?

Yes, I can send in almost every other domain
I did send test message to GMAIL is OK It show up in inbox

Go to the debug log and switch on "SMTP Client" logging.

Then send a mail to a Microsoft account (e.g. Hotmail). Post the debug log from the time you sent the message here.
