Hi All,
Since today (May 16) 15:34 CET I'm seeing this error in the warning log on all Kerio servers with Kerio Anti-spam in the license:
[16/May/2018 15:34:46] Kerio Anti-spam failed to get license information with result 0xc0000010 (BDANTISPAM_ERROR_CLOUD_NO_RESPONSE). Initialization failed.
Anyone else seeing this? As a result, incoming mail is not scanned for spam.
With the risk of sounding cynical, but is the the next GFI f*ck up?
Since the GFI takeover we are seeing:
* Problems with AV-updates (see other messages in this forum)
• A significant decrease in the frequency of Kerio software updates, and many bugs and problems with the updates that are released
• Now, problems with the Kerio Anti-spam
All of my customers are paying yealry for exactly these things: AV-protection, Spamfiltering, and Software updates.
It's a mess, with virtually no communication from Kerio, and I think it's time to start asking for refund of the yearly SWM/AV/Spam fees.
