What's going on at GFI? Is the responsible employee ill?

Same here now - no Update für 3 Days.
I also just checked the debug and the Antivirusupdate works and connects to Kerio's Server without problems.

But there is no update on the Kerioserver itself...

It looks like someone from GFI has to copy the new Signaturfiles from Bitdefender to the Kerio Servers manually.

Having quite the same problem as of right now again. Last update "less than 1 minute ago", last update of the current antivirus database "4 days 1 hour 50 minutes ago". Version of the database: 11892494, antivirus version 11.0.1.18.

Something wrong with the BitDefender/Kerio CDN again?

I just submitted a case because 2 of our CentOS7 systems have not updated in over 4 days. I have not checked all of our servers yet but 2 is enough. I don't understand why some are not working then they suddenly work again after several days. On whose side is the issue? I submitted all the relevant debug log information as well. Is there a method to make the updates come in again or do I just have to wait until it is my turn for an update to arrive.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. No updates in 4+ days.

Latest version installed seems to match others in this thread.

Yes we are stuck there together. I think this is sufficient to be considered a severity 1 issue. So let's see what happens when I call 1 512-961-4675. Wait, I have Rami on the phone. He sees it as well so he is checking to see what he can find out... There is no way for him to directly determine what the current database version should be however their upper level support indicates that this is a wider issue (not just CDN) and is working to resolve it. I was asked to follow the case I have submitted so I will update here as it plays out.

Most current information from Support.
...we are aware of some issues with BitDefender, we are already working on that in a Internal case.
I have responded asking for a timeline of when they were first aware of the problem and whether this is going to be resolved today, tomorrow, or in a week or more. I figure we need to know how exposed we might be.

Obviously you have seen all the previous posts and there has been no further information coming from GFI on the topic. Decency would offer that they at least respond as to what the issues are but they act in such a disconnected way from the customer that it makes it difficult to offer them any slack. When I spoke to Rami earlier I made him aware that many here are in a bad position with no updates and when I wrote that it is an internal case I asked but did not receive a response on how long they have been aware of the issue and when it will be resolved. It all leaves me very frustrated. Oh, and if you intended to upgrade past 9.2.5 p3 I was told that it is not recommended until they get stability back into the product. Maybe they should not have been so quick to chase everyone out the door!
