Patch 9.2.6, Active Sync Error Samsung [message #139417]

I already downgraded, but when we had 9.2.6 running, a user with a samsung s8 plus had some problems with his active sync connection. E.G. he tried to forward a message and it didn't work. Receiving mails were no problem, but sending them.

With 9.2.5 SP3 it worked, so I suspect the update as culprit.

Also my phone syncs with AC v16, his phone v14 at best (like before). And yes, we already did the common stuff like wiping the phone or account, index rebuild of his mailbox etc.

And no matter if WLAN or LTE connection. Here are the logs, maybe the error can be fixed:

There is a way to force older versions of ActiveSync on some devices that won't support the newer version.

I also have a problem with synchronising fev phones with kerio. No new emails after upgrading kerio to latest version. Also mailing list stops to work.
