Hello everybody,
I currently have the problem, that KOFF fails to synchronize all my contacts and calendar entries. I get a error message for each in my inbox with a debug log stating "0x80004005 E_FAIL: Conversion of unicode to rtf body failed". Some other users here have this problem too, but not as numerous as me.
Emptying the cache, deleting the profile, deleting __keriomapi__STORE, .journal.db and specguid.fld on the server all didn't help. Outlook is 2016 32bit with current patches, Kerio and connector is 9.2.6.3811.
Does anybody have these problems too, or does someone maybe even have a solution?
