Hi All

I am not sure if I am searching the wrong keywords but I cannot find anything relating to being able to send an email to all account holders on a Kerio Connect server.

Specifically I want to advise them of a 'server maintenance window' for Kerio.

Is there an admin function hiding somewhere?

Thanks in advance !

cheers
Tony

No, you can't. You can make a group with all users and send email to this group.

This is kind of long overdue.
Also, if you have multiple domains hosted on one mailserver you can't use a group so I created a mailing list against our primary domain and this works ok. I added the primary contact for each domain to it and set it so no-one could post to it except admin or me. It's a bit clunky as I need to manually keep it updated as new clients come on board and old ones leave but it does the job.

I use the IM function to do this.
