This means that the recipient address at GMX does not exist. You have maybe mis-typed the address.

the mailbox is existing on gmx, but not on my server. kerio mailserver is only searching on his own domain... i need a configuration that kerio mailserver send the email out from the server to gmx - the server check only the accounts on my own server...

You should not add the gmx.de domain to your Kerio server. As soon as you do that it will consider all mail to gmx.de as local.

There is a workaround, but first you should check why you have added gmx.de to Kerio, what is the reason?

You should only have domains that you own on Kerio.

What do you mean by: "I cannot send mails over GMX". You must try to find out why.

Adding gmx.de to your Kerio server and then sending gmx mails from the Kerio server will break SPF and cause all sorts of deliverability issues for you.

So you must find out why you can't send mails over GMX, sort the problem and then remove the gmx.de domain from your Kerio server.

What error message do you get when you send "mails over GMX"? GMX has detailed instructions on how to send mails via them.

I am not from Kerio so I cannot give you any paid support. You can contact Kerio via their support.

Question: Do you have your own domain, like (mydomain.de), or do you just have a GMX account?

OK, so in that case you don't need to run Kerio server. You can just use your mail client (e.g. Outlook) or GMX Webmail directly to receive and send mails.

You should only run a mail server if you have your own domain and have your emails tied to your domain, like "myname<_at_>mydomain.de".

If you have a mail account with an email provider like GMX, Hotmail or Gmail, they are already running a mail server (in fact multiple mail servers) for you, so you don't need your own.

gmx have no exchange server, only the app. i like to use the kerio mailserver with all the goals for me.

and the only problem is: i cannot send mails to another gmx users... there is a option on the kerio mailserver: domain settings - forwarding - forwarding to.

Yes, but the workaround cannot authenticate to GMX. And GMX needs authentication.

BTW, Kerio is also not fully featured Exchange Server. What exactly are you missing when you use GMX as mail server? It has Calendar and Contacts as well.

You can use the app or you can use any mail client like Outlook, Thunderbird etc. You don't need Kerio for that.
