OS - Windows 2012 R2.
Mail server - Kerio Connect 8.4.1

The problem appeared about 1 month ago.
The mail server started to restart every hour.

In the OS log-file there are such errors:

Application error, eventId 1000

The name of the failed application: mailserver.exe, version: 8.4.1.3789, time stamp: 0x54aff750
The name of the failed module: mailserver.exe, version: 8.4.1.3789, time stamp: 0x54aff750
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Error offset: 0x0000000000bfefec
Id of the failed process: 0x1558
The time to start the failed application: 0x01d36b3caa45507d
The path of the failed application: C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\mailserver.exe
The path of the failed module: C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\mailserver.exe

Also, after each restart, several processes are started bdbchecker.exe which use 25% of the processor. As a result, the server is very slow.

Logs Warning:
Message index in folder ****<_at_>******/#deleted is corrupted. Recovering index with redo log from indexlog.fld.
Message index in folder ****<_at_>*****/#deleted successfully recovered (1 items changed).
Message index in folder ****<_at_>*****/INBOX is corrupted. Recovering index with redo log from indexlog.fld.
Message index in folder ****<_at_>******/INBOX successfully recovered (1 items changed).

I ask for ideas for correction.

Can you check in the error and warning log of Kerio Connect? Any entries in there around the time of the restart?

Were any OS patches put in at the time the problem began? +1 on checking the error and warning logs at the time of the failure. The 'recovering index' messages are a result of the crash, so don't really help much.

Thank you for participating!
The problem is almost solved.
When re-indexing all the boxes, the ball was found problematic.
The box was deleted and re-created.

But...
Bdbchecker.exe processes are still running (3 processes for 25% of CPUs).

What are they doing?
