Hi,

I have disabled the email archive due to non-usage. Now I want to delete the data of the e-mail archive on the server. What and how may be deleted? Can the monthly directories be simply deleted?

Log into web mail as 'Admin', Find the 'Archive Folders' at the bottom of the left hand side, delete the folders as needed.
