I will raise it with example.

If I have the following mail users created a@domain-kerio.com, b@domain-kerio.com and send an email with destined a x@domain-kerio.com (Account not created) this account is not created but belongs to me domain, how can I direct that mail to a specific account created? as is for example a<_at_>domain-kerio.com.

You can create an alias and direct it to your a@ account.

Or, if you mean that x<_at_>domain-kerio.com is not known beforehand, you can create a catch-all alias:
