An employee, John, left the company a couple years ago. John's email account was left intact and John's replacement checked it from time to time.
A few weeks ago, John's account was deleted on the remote Open Directory server in error.
John's account disappeared from the Kerio Connect server, but his email folder remains intact there, within the Kerio Mail folder.
How best to reactivate Johns' account or give another user access to his folder?
