Hello everyone,
I have a one question, how i can share a user mailbox with other person?
I know i can push mailbox of someone to somebody when im deleting this mailbox,
but i wanna only make access to this mailbox not delete it.
How i can do it on admin page?
Ps. I know i can make it via user mailbox but i dont have access to it.

You must log in as the mailbox owner in order to share it, or configure a user as a delegate. There is no functionality in the admin interface to share a user's mailbox.
