I have a user with over eight thousand items in her Sync Issues folder. As a result, changes made in Outlook are not always reflected on the Kerio server. Is there any useful information to be gained by these and is there a way to avoid losing the current Outlook folder structure and mail messages since that is "correct" for the user while the server version is not? I created a backup .PST file. Is there any way to use that to get the server's data to match?
