We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are closely reviewing our acceptance checks to ensure that any future publicly posted versions meet the highest quality standards. Our engineering team is working hard to get the release process working smoothly, and we acknowledge, and apologize for, any time you may have spent recently trying to upgrade.
Heather,
This is why, prior to this disaster (aka GFI), these releases were floated in the beta forum. To find the problems, both big & small, before releasing to customers.
Perhaps, as part of this renewed push for quality releases, you can call upon those of us who are (were?) willing to help out and make the software better.
I wish you luck. I think you'll need it.
Cheers,
Jon

@Heather: if 9.2.5 patch 3 is a beta that should be tested, then please make sure it doesn't show up in the automatic updates on all servers, like it does now. Not everyone checks these forums, and people expect releases that show up in the automatic updates to be fully tested and ready for production servers.
If 9.2.3 is the recommended version, then 9.2.5 patch 3 should NOT be downloadable in the official download section, only in the beta section.
I understand that almost all of the previous support & development staff is not at Kerio anymore, so maybe the new developers still have to work out how to set up and roll out versions, but it's very confusing right now.
This is all very unprofessional, and it's not what all my customers are paying SWM for. I understand that Kerio/GFI is in a transition right now, but I think it's really important to get things on the road again asap.

Get the impression that someone is making us idiots - drop beta number 1 on the official channel then write that it is a mistake and then release another beta with number 3 that again appears as an official version and you still recommend not install it. Stop throwing crap as official versions and you will not have to apologize for anybody because I'm not going to explain again to the hundreds of people in the company why the mail is not working again. So far, updates have gone smoothly and I was really happy with Kerio and recommended it to friends but as it goes on next year I will be very much thinking about whether to buy a subscription for another year. Embrace and test the program before dropping out instead of the patience of the users.

In reply on rharrelson, Kerio support and others about the upgrade issues:
Already ran last friday eve a VMware virtual appliance upgrade including the console and that one went super smooth.
Last night I first ran the upgrade on a macOS server 10.11.6 El Capitan but upgrade did not run in the console (this happened more with earlier upgrades though).
Downloaded the installer and successfully ran that one. Also AV-update after that went without issues. Just checked again and also getting AV-updates now.
I have been holding back on upgrading Windows-systems due to all the responses here in the forum.
Hope this helps anyone and also looking forward to Kerio resolving the issues.

I still recommend to all that in production you use Kerio Connect 9.2.3 for now. ...
We welcome feedback on 9.2.5 P3 for those that have a lab / test environment.

The previous version through which these problems we have were also made available in a production section and now they wrote that they did not recommend installing even the previous 9.2.4 so I guess there is something wrong there.
