I can't drag filters in the Filters area of webmail.

Tested with multiple accounts and browsers.

Thoughts?

Confirmed I have the same problem in Chrome for Windows 10 on Connect 9.2.1

I really hate the interface for editing filters.
My preferred method is changing the "filter.siv" file manually. Which is much quicker as well.

Has anybody found a fix for this issue yet, editing the filter.siv is not something i can ask customers to do.
