This is the complaint from the user:
Quote:We are experiencing lots of calendar issues where the meeting drops out the calendar. It happens to me every week. Several others have had the same issue. It's weird when I am the inviter, it will drop off my calendar but not the invitees. Or some of the invitees get the invite but the others do not have it on their calendar. It's becoming a huge frustration to the team. Today is a good example, I had a meeting set up for 9am and the invitees all came and I didn't realize it dropped off my calendar. I know it was there on Thursday because I reviewed and it showed Monday was full.
The only devices she uses are her laptop (with the outlook connector) and her iPhone 6 (via ActiveSync) I see no recent error log entries for the iPhone. I know I can turn on some debug logging, but with so many users and devices, it's very hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. Is there better way to monitor what might be removing things from her calendar?

Can you search the Operations log for something like this:
[02/May/2017 12:48:39] {MOVE} Protocol: HTTP/CalDav, User: user@example.com, IP: 192.168.1.175, Folder: ~user@example.com/Calendar, Destination Folder: ~ user<_at_>example.com/Deleted Items, Subject: "Residence Inn #12345678", Delivered: 01/May/2017 19:47:33, Size: 1203
I haven't done much digging into my log to see how common this type of even might be, but it's there.
Cheers,
Jon

So, I've been keeping an eye on the operations log for events for this user. Today I saw this:
Quote:[11/May/2017 10:25:28] {DELETE} Protocol: HTTP/KOFF, User: JaneDoe@mydomain.com, IP: 172.16.x.x, Folder: ~janeDoe<_at_>mydomain.com/Calendar, Subject: "QA Auditor review with Jimmy", Delivered: 23/Mar/2017 17:45:43, Size: 2878
It seems to indicate that she used OutLook to delete the message, so I contacted her about it. She is using outlook 2010, and accepted (not delete) the meeting. It promptly disappeared from her calendar. I've contacted the meeting originator to see if it also disappeared from his calendar (I do not see a log entry indicating that it did). I believe the user having the problem is up to date on patches, KOFF version, etc.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
