Using SpamAssassin TXRep plugin with Connect? [message #135256]

Is it possible to use the TxRep plugin with SpamAssassin in Connect?

The plugin, among other things, can scan outgoing emails to record the recipients and use that information to create a dynamic whitelist to ensure delivery of incoming mail by reducing the score on messages from "known" senders.

I have two questions:

1. What do I need to set to have Connect scan outbound messages?

2. Will updates to Connect nuke the SpamAssassin settings files? (I think the answer here is yes, but want to confirm that).
