hi,
my ssl cert. expired, so I exported new request and imported new certificate. outlooks works fine, but all mobile devices (android, windows phone and iOS) stopped recieving email.
removing and adding the email profile works, but we have 100+ devices and we would like to solve it without reconfiguring all of them.

That's why you don't let cert's expire 
Kerio can't help here, because the mobile phones get the cert when you add the account to them. If there is a new cert, they need that one manually OR - especially if you have 100+ phones - you could send the new cert around over a MDM service.
At least this was like 2 years ago and I doubt it has changed by now :ยง
