Bitdefender - Serious troubles with password protected or encrypted attachment! [message #134871]

Upgraded to Kerio Connect 9.2.2 and now we have big troubles with our pay slip which we send as PDF File.

We send the password protected pay slip as pdf file over Kerio Mailserver to our employees private mailadress. Bitdefender say he can´t scan this mail so it put the whole mail as attachment and then he send it further. Why this Bullshit? Most of our employees use a webmail like gmx gmail ect. so the get a mail with the bitdefender text and an attachment. They only can download this attachment but it has no file ending so they don´t know what to do whith this. If they rename the file to *.eml they can open it with the local Mailprogram and open the PDF inside. This can´t be the way!
And the only option I found in Bitdefender is this attachment bullshit oder to reject the mail.

For now I have to deactivate Bitdefender. Great Solution!

We are having the SAME issue with any outbound attachment that is password protected and or encrypted. How do we fix this?

Can confirm, every password or encrypted attachment.
This is a serious problem for us, need a fix!

Same here.
We are not able to send password-protected 7zip files.

Any comments from Kerio?

Most other Software Vendors take years and sometimes never fix anything

Um, Pavel, I didn't see anything in the release notes for 9.2.2p1 about this issue.

Are there more fixes in p1 than what's listed in the notes?

Installed 9.2.2-2831-p1 now and first tests looks good

On gmail.com and a1.net in their webmail the attachment are now available.

Hi
i installed the version 9.2.2 patch 1 (2831) but the zip attachments with passwords are removed

Subject: [WARNING - ENCRYPTED ATTACHMENT NOT VIRUS SCANNED]

Kerio Control was unable to email scanner Check the following files
(I.e corrupted / encrypted zip archive):
Name: File with password.zip
Content type: application / zip
The file was removed.

Help me!
