Hi,

After we update our Kerio Connect to version 9.2.1. We have the problem the Connect take all the system memory until the process get killed.
This happen sometimes, we could not see any logic. Some days every 10 Minutes, some days ones a day and some days the Kerio is running without any problems.

The memory allocate over a time from around ~15 minutes, by taking every second near then 100MB from the memory.

We can't find any useful messages in the logs.

Our mashine:
CPU: 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2637 v2 <_at_> 3.50GHz
RAM: 64GB
OS: CentOS release 6.8 (Final)

Hope you can help me.

Kind Regards,
Daniel

Do you have a lot of users connecting over EWS? I've seen this happen when there are a large number of EWS connections. You should contact Kerio support about this.

Hi,

thanks for your reply.

We don't use EWS. We disabled it with user access policies. We have roundabout 300 open connections.

We have contact the Kerio support, but they are not responding for over 2 days.

Kind Regards,
Daniel
