I know Entourage 2008 is not supported by either kerio or microsoft. But.... the owner of the company was still using it and everything was fine till the 9.21 update. It did work in 9.11.
Did something change that I could fix to get him going again? It just won't make a connection.

How do you have Entourage configured? IMAP?
I started moving my clients off Entourage about 4 years ago after I had wonky things like a 600ish message folder growing to 12,000+ messages from sync issues via an Exchange setup.
Did you read the release notes to see what was removed (i.e. protocols rather than specific application support).
