I have about 25 Mac users all running the same version of software.
This one Mac user cannot see this one particular user's shared CalDAV calendar in Mac Calendar. He sees all the other employee's shared calendars.
When he logs into the Web version, it shows up there.
I have triple checked his settings and that user's folder is checked in CalDAV "Folders to Sync" along with all the other employees.
It does this on his Mac and also on a test Mac when I set it up for him.
I have unchecked all users and saved. Rebooted and then checked just the one problem user. No help. Checked all the other users and they show up. The one problem user works fine with all the other employees.
Is there a setting on the server that could be blocking just the one Mac user access to this one calendar?
User info:
OS X 10.11.6
Calendar 8.
Safari 10.0.1
Server info:
Mac Mini Mid 2011, 8 GB ram
OS X 10.11.6
Kerio Connect 9.1.1
Many thanks to whoever can shed some light on this.
Mike

Mike,
Have you tried any other calendar client, like BusyCal?
I find the logging there to be far more helpful than what Calendar generates.
I've had this problem come up before, but mostly I've forgotten to check off the calendar in the folder list.
If you try BusyCal and it works, then something is wonky with Apple Calendar for this account.
Let us know how you make out.
Cheers,
Jon

More detailed explanation.
All users are set to share their calendar as read only to everyone else. That way anyone can check another 's calendar easily. Works great. Been working great for years.
I have one user that cannot see one other user's calendar.
- The problem user is user A.
- User B has no issues, all the other users can see her calendar.
- User A when using Safari to view the Web version can see user B calendar.
- User A Settings > shared folder settings are set so he should see user B.
- In OS X 10.11.6 Calendar user A cannot see user B.
- If I delete the Calendar account and rerun Kerio Connect Account Assistant, user B is still missing.
- If I use a clean test iMac with a new user account, user A cannot see user B in Calendar.
- If I run Kerio Connect Account Assistant with any other user, say user C or D, they both can see user B in Calendar on this test Mac.
So, is user A's account on the Kerio server got something corrupted about it?
