Petya is a new ransomware who encrypt your hard disk
more info here

It use link from dropbox, so I would like disable dropbox service or dropbox share link What is the best way for that with kerio control ?

has you tried to block domain dropbox.com and the ip 108.160.172.206 and 108.160.172.238

Dropbox is like Teamviewer, I did not find solution to block it. If you block the port it uses 80. It's the same if you try to block addresses, it use another.
