I have a number of guys who refuse to clean out their inbox and put important emails into a "keep" folder. No one here wants to use a PST for Outlook as it prevents them from seeing older emails from other computers. MS Exchange allowed me to customize their mailbox cleanup function so I could have the standard rules run on all folders except one I named "Keep". This way I can force people to empty their inboxes and also preserve emails on the server that the clean-out rules would normally delete.Is there a way to change the config file to create a new rule for the "keep" folder?
