Just "re-activated" SpamAssassin (thank you for adding it to 9.2). My users are asking if they train it in one email account will the (Bayesian) training also apply to other accounts?

(i.e. does everyone benefit, or must each account train it independently?)

Yes, it does. The filter is per-server, for all users and email domains on a server.
