Hi,

We have a user just got an iPhone 7 using IMAP to access company e-mail server. His e-mail box keeps saying e-mail box busy. He cannot send/receive e-mails. I have to reboot the e-mail server in order to resolve this issue. Any fix?

He had an iPhone 6 with iOS9 with same IMAP account with no problem at all in the past.
