We are using Kerio Connect 9.1.1 with its Kerio Connect Offline Client for Outlook. After setting up a new profile for outlook either manually or with the config script it only works for a day or two and then when you try to start Outlook it basically stuck on the splash screen saying processing and nothing further happens. If there a fix for that? I also tried setting outlook up with activesync and it works fine ...a little slow but it is not working for us unless we can access public folder with that set up as well. Anyone knows if that is even possible.
