Hi this one is driving me a bit mad!
I have client, who use's apple Mail in OS 10.10.5
If they have their account setup as Exchange and they use as signature with an jpeg or png image then when it gets to an MS Exchange Server, and the client replies, what we see in the returned email is a win.dat image.
If we use the same signature but have the account set as an Imap account this does not happen?
I would rather have all my users as Exchange clients as it's much easier to manage.
Any Idea's???
Thanks
Andrew

Can you capture the source of the message as sent from both account types (probably from the message archive if you keep one) and the source message as received in Outlook (I presume that's what you are referring to above) for each.
I think comparing the sources should show the difference.
Just out of curiosity, aren't the accounts listed as "Exchange IMAP"?
Let us know what you discover.
Thanks.
Cheers,
Jon
