User ****** performed NTLM authentication in NT domain *****, this domain is not valid [message #131810]

So we've been monitoring this error in the security log in Kerio Connect admin. One thing we've noticed is that this only one user encounters this error, others don't. What might be causing this error?

Old post, but I've been noticing this a lot lately. The users with this error are all on Macs and iPhones. Anyone know something about this? The listing is in the Security log.

I think in our case, it may be that the MAC users are not connecting to the the domain, so they cause the NTLM error. All PCs connect to the domain, so there are no issues there. Just a bit odd.
