Hello,
is there any way to give other users full-access-permitions to the mailbox like ms exchange? i didnt found any options in kerio-web-administration.

Sadly, you can't do that. It was already mentioned in the idea section and I guess they have it in their pipeline, but currently it won't work.
Only way is to add a substitute in outlook/kerio for the user, so another one can access the mailbox.
Anyway, giving full access to another ones folder is in many countries forbidden by law / data security, so if they implement the system, they need to do it in a special way.

The closest you can come is to designate a user as a 'delegate' of the order user. You cannot do this as an admin, it must the the user who's mailbox is being shared that sets up the delegation.
