Weird one - V8.5.1 user calls saying she gets: 'An unexpected error occurred in Kerio Connect Client. Other Kerio Connect operations are not affected.', when attempting to delete opened emails from a specific sender (co-worker) from within her Inbox. The same emails, if not opened first, but simply right-clicked/deleted from within the Inbox are deleted successfully. The old webmail client just hangs when attempting to so much as display these emails. User not flirting with quota, and re-index showed no corruption. No errors logged. I can repeat errors on my browsers.Ideas?

Problem cleared on it's own. Confined to two emails, originated from outside sender using 'unconventional formatting'. Sorry, disregard.
